Brad Peterson Baseball Academy

Brad Peterson Baseball Academy features an indoor workout facility in Kirkland which is available for rent. There are multiple batting cages and a brand new carpet installed Fall 2009. The entire facility is available for rent for $70 per hour. Individual cages are available on a limited basis only for $20 per hour.

Signed agreement is required for facility rental. Please download our facility rental agreement and bring it with you when you arrive at the facility.

The following policies and procedures are required to secure rental of the facility.

1. Facility must be reserved in advance by e-mail or phone (425-802-0638).
2. Payment for rental is made in advance of the rental or upon the first day of multiple day rentals or the day of the rental for single day rentals.
3. Group must have team insurance.
4. Group is responsible for keeping the facility neat and clean. NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS EVER. If sunflower seeds are found on the floor, a $100 cleaning fee will be billed to the renting group for facility cleaning.
5. The renter will be responsible for repair or payment for repair of any damage to the facility.
